The JW Marriott offers a beautiful and well-maintained environment with a fantastic pool and cozy rooms. The staff was friendly and professional, especially in the dining areas. However, getting an upgrade as a Platinum member was disappointing, as it seems unlikely here despite the hotel being only partially full during our stay. Overall, a great place to relax with good amenities, but do not expect suite upgrades.
