Relaxing Pool Experience

I was truly impressed by the pool area at JW Marriott. The lazy river was the highlight of my stay, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Delicious Buffet Breakfast

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. I upgraded to the full buffet option, and it was absolutely worth it! The variety of choices was impressive, from fresh fruit to hearty breakfast dishes. Everything tasted amazing, and I loved starting my day with such a delicious meal. I highly recommend the pancakes; they were good!

Fun for Kids

My kids had an absolute blast at the kids club! They loved the various activities and crafts available, and the staff did an excellent job keeping them engaged. It was a great way for them to make new friends while I enjoyed some quiet time. I appreciated that they could have fun, while I relaxed by the pool.

Comfortable and Spacious Room

I was pleased with the spaciousness and cleanliness of our room. The big comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep, and the large TV was a nice bonus for our movie nights after a long day. The overall ambiance made it feel luxurious; it was the perfect setting to unwind. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

The JW Marriott offers a beautiful and well-maintained environment with a fantastic pool and cozy rooms. The staff was friendly and professional, especially in the dining areas. However, getting an upgrade as a Platinum member was disappointing, as it seems unlikely here despite the hotel being only partially full during our stay. Overall, a great place to relax with good amenities, but do not expect suite upgrades.

I recently stayed at the hotel and it was quite a mixed experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the dining options were fantastic, especially the food at The Kitchen. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had a few issues, like being a bit dated and noisy. While the pool area was lovely and a great place to relax, some housekeeping and service aspects left much to be desired.
